     How does HIPC work? HIPC operates under one of three annual membership options. All memberships include an annual home inspection by a certified, independent home inspector, all of your smoke detector batteries changed and your choice of a detailed furnace or air conditioning unit inspection by Custom Air. Written estimates for services requested are given prior to any commencement of work. You receive copies of all invoices for all services and work performed with a small 5 to 13 percent fee added for HIPC to manage, supervise, schedule, maintain records and handle all financial concerns. In the Platinum Membership new homes and additions enjoy the same transparency and deep discounts. Starting at a little more than $1 per day, you can start saving hundreds and thousands of dollars on high quality, professional home care and services to protect your home investment.
